We would like to hear any comments or concerns that you may have regarding Infosec or the services we provide. Please look through the following options so that your questions are answered as quickly as possible.
Theft, Vandalism, and Other Criminal Charges
If you or your department was the victim of a crime, please contact the UGA Police Department immediately at (706) 542-2200, or visit their website for further information. You can also file an Incident Report, however the police will involve our office if our services are also needed.
Network Attacks, Compromises, and Other Security Incidents
Please report an incident if you or your department has been affected by a security breach or network compromise. You can also e-mail abuse@uga.edu.
Abusive or Threatening E-mails
If you have received abusive or threatening e-mails, please contact abuse@uga.edu. Please do not forward generic spam to this address. If you have questions regarding spam, please read the UGAMail Spam FAQ.Website Information and Online Services
If you find any incorrect information, broken links, or otherwise experience any problems with using the Infosec website, please contact sate@uga.edu. This includes Secure UGA, CheckIT, and the main Infosec website. Please include a link to the page where you experienced the problem, and also include the version of your web browser, and your operating system.
